Paying in-app

Tonico Health & Performance and RewindFitness now partner to accept payments directly in the app.

  1. If the owner has enabled you for in-app payment, you will see the Purchase button on your home page. If you don’t see the button - please contact the owner.

  2. Choose the product you wish to purchase and tap the ‘Purchase’ button.

  3. You’ll now be redirected to the Stripe site where you’ll continue the process.

  4. When you complete the purchase, close the Stripe page (use the Done button, top left) and return to the app. Return to the homepage.

  5. Your balance of sessions will now be updated.

Receipts & Issues

  1. You will receive a receipt at the email address you specified during checkout.

  2. If you have queries or questions relating to the charges, please contact the business owner directly.
